The hotel is new, spacious bathroom, nice towles.
Very noisy, no insulation, close to the sea and the night bars, impossible to sleep, sometimes until 3 a,m., no view to the sea. Not on the beach, the first picture is decieving, no internet in the rooms just in the hall.

Great swimming-pool, nice staff, comfort.
Very disappointed with the location. Even if the hotel is situated in the road in front of the beach, you don't have direct access to it. You have to walk a few blocks to the public beach entrance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location near the beautiful beach. The rooms were super clean and modern, providing a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, including a swimming pool, clean and well-maintained. the location of the hotel near the beach was perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the seaside.
Nothing to dislike.

There are a couple of beach clubs nearby to the hotel which are not bad and the beach and sea is very good
At night the noise from clubs can go on until 3.30. The general area is not maintained as it should be which let's the whole image if the place down. The Internet is not through the whole hotel and the attitude of some of the staff was very poor. This is not an hotel on a clean road that you walk out of and access the beach or have a lot of nice bars and restaurants nearby. But, the beach clubs across the road are good and price is reasonable to use them.

The pool was refreshing and clean, it was the best aspect of this hotel. the breakfast had a good variety of food with fresh fruits and pastries. the hotel was located near the beach and it was easy to reach by a walking distance.
The hotel doesn't offer free wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. the rooms were quite small and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Not very much. Staying in a small beachside town 20 minutes from the main city of Siracuse... That's about all.
One of the owners of the hotel was incredibly rude and ignorant. There was a towel with marks on it when we arrived in our room and it was difficult to get it changed - I was told that it had been cleaned by a laundry (not a good laundry then). The actual hotel staff were really nice and it was a shame about their managers. Across the road is a big holiday village and the beach is private. Had to walk along and tried to sit on "free" beach but it smelt like sewerage. I had a reaction from the water as well - found out later that the water was definitely polluted. 3 days felt very long in this hotel and not at all like it looked on Booked.net.

Pleasant and well-kept rooms with spacious and comfortable settings. Friendly and helpful staff, providing useful information and recommendations.- The proximity to the beach and other nearby attractions makes it an ideal location for exploring the area.
The breakfast selection is limited and lacks variety, with no cooked options available. The cleanliness of the rooms and breakfast area could be improved.
